How do I close our workspace?

You can't close it yourself. There's no self-serve delete. Closing a workspace permanently removes all people, captures, and the proof ledger, so WorkMonitor's team handles it together with you rather than leaving it to a button.

What this means for you

Open Workspace settings, and under Danger zone you'll find a Contact support to close button. It's disabled by design; selecting it isn't the action, it's the prompt to reach out. Because closing is irreversible, get anything you need out of WorkMonitor (reports, exports, records) before you start that conversation.

Does WorkMonitor support single sign-on?Yes, but only one protocol actually completes sign-in today: OpenID Connect. The sign-in screen's note mentions "any SAML 2.0 IdP" too, and you can configure a SAML connection and save it, but that button isn't wired to it. Someone typing their work email there is told single sign-on isn't set up for their domain, even if a SAML connection exists for it.
How do I change the email address on my account?You can't. There's no screen anywhere in WorkMonitor that changes a member's email address, including your own.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?There's no self-serve password reset. WorkMonitor has no "forgot password" link or flow. If you're already signed in, you can change your password yourself; if you're locked out entirely, you'll need to ask your workspace owner or WorkMonitor support to help you back in.
Privacy and retentionOpen Privacy & data to see how long screenshots are kept, blur them by default, or delete everything past the retention window right now.
Roles and permissionsGrant or take away exactly the capabilities each role in your workspace holds, or build a custom role that covers only the slice of the product one group of people should touch.
Single sign-onConnect your identity provider so people at your company's email domain sign in with the account they already have, instead of a WorkMonitor password.
