Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited when using the WorkMonitor Services. It supplements the Platform Terms of Service.

Lawful monitoring only

Customers must use the Services only for lawful workforce-management purposes and must provide any notices and obtain any consents required in their jurisdiction. The Services may not be used for covert surveillance where that is prohibited by law.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to monitor individuals without a lawful basis; to harass, discriminate against, or retaliate against workers; to access data unrelated to legitimate business purposes; or to circumvent security or access controls.

System integrity

You may not attempt to disrupt the Services, probe or scan our systems, reverse engineer the software except as permitted by law, or use the Services to distribute malware.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or applicable law.
