Do I need to sign a separate DPA?
Our DPA is incorporated into the Platform Terms of Service and applies automatically to every customer for whom WorkMonitor processes personal data. A countersigned copy is available on request for customers who require one.

Which Standard Contractual Clauses do you use?
We rely on the European Commission's 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, incorporated by reference into the DPA.

How are sub-processor changes communicated?
WorkMonitor will notify account administrators, at the email address on the account, at least 30 days before a new sub-processor takes effect; administrators may object on reasonable grounds.
