Your profile
Update your own name, timezone and photo, pause monitoring on your devices, turn on two-factor authentication, and manage which devices are signed in, all from your own account page.
Who this is for
Everyone. This is your own self-service page. Anyone signed in can open it and change their own details; nothing here needs a special permission.
Steps
- Open Profile (headed Your account once it loads). Under Private time, choose Pause 15 min, Pause 30 min, or Pause 60 min to stop screenshot and activity capture on your devices for that long. Your choice survives a device restart. While paused, select Resume now to end it early.
- Under Profile, update your Full name, Timezone, or Photo URL (leave the photo blank to show your initials instead), then select Save changes. Your Email, Title, Employment, and Roles are shown below as read-only facts under Managed by your organisation. You can't change those here.
- Under Password, enter your Current password, then a New password of at least 8 characters and the same value again in Confirm new password, and select Update password.
- Under Two-factor authentication, select Enable, add the setup key to your authenticator app (or select Open in authenticator app), enter the 6-digit Code from your app, and select Confirm & enable. Save the recovery codes shown afterward (each works once if you lose your device, and they're never shown again), then select I've saved them.
- To turn two-factor authentication off, select Turn off, enter a current code or a recovery code, and select Turn off again to confirm.
- Under Active sessions, review every device currently signed in. Select Sign out next to any one you don't recognise, or Sign out everywhere to end all of them at once.
What happens next
Pausing monitoring takes effect immediately across your devices and resumes on its own once the time you chose runs out, or as soon as you select Resume now. Profile changes and a password update apply right away. Enabling two-factor authentication means a code is required at every sign-in from then on. Signing out one session ends that device's access; Sign out everywhere ends every session including the one you're using right now, so you'll need to sign in again afterward.
If it doesn't work
- If your current password is wrong, the field shows "Current password is incorrect" without clearing what you typed.
- If a two-factor code is wrong, whether confirming setup or turning it off, you'll see "That code isn't right. Try again."
- If the page itself fails to load, you'll see "Couldn't load your account" with a Try again button.
- If your sessions list fails to load, or is simply empty, you'll see either the server's message or "No other active sessions."
- The Settings hub lists an Appearance card under Personal, described as *"Theme and display preferences for your account,"* but it's marked Coming soon. There's no page behind it. The real Light / Dark control already works today: open the account menu (select your avatar at the bottom of the rail) and use the Theme control there. It switches the whole app immediately, and your choice is remembered.
