Order Form Terms
These Order Form Terms apply to purchases made through a WorkMonitor order form or sales quote and supplement the Platform Terms of Service.

Subscription and Seats
The order form specifies the plan, number of seats, subscription term, and fees. Seat counts may be increased mid-term; additional seats are billed pro rata for the remainder of the term.

Payment Terms
Unless stated otherwise on the order form, invoices are due net 30 days from the invoice date. Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

Renewal
Subscriptions renew for successive terms of equal length unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the then-current term.
