What happens to my data if I leave the company?
Your account is suspended, not deleted. You lose the ability to sign in, but your historical activity records stay part of your company's account under its normal retention settings, the same as everyone else's.
What this means for you
An owner marks your membership Suspended rather than removing it; from that point you can no longer sign in. Suspending your account doesn't purge anything by itself. Screenshots, where your organization keeps them, are removed on the schedule set on Privacy & data (Keep forever or a fixed number of days), exactly as they would be while you were still active. Your company's whole workspace is a separate thing again: it's never closed just because one person leaves, and closing it entirely isn't self-serve at all.
